1. The first step is a zero-obligation conversation with members of the Paraprin Construction team to discuss your desires including the type of floor plan you prefer, features you want built in, the type of materials you want to build with, and of course, your timeline and budget for the build.

2. Step two begins once you’ve decided to hire Paraprin Construction to build your new home. A $3,000 deposit is due if you own your own lot or are designing a home with no current lot. To reserve a Paraprin owned lot & design a house for it, a deposit of $5,000 is due. Your deposit will go towards the overall cost of your new home.

3. Step three is where your vision begins to come to life as you will receive:

1. Floor plan rendering.
2. Exterior image.
3. Basic breakdown of what’s included.
4. Exact price.

*Please note it will take 3 to 4 weeks for renderings & exact pricing.

*Your deposit goes towards the overall cost of the project.

If you already have a custom home design Paraprin Construction will bid on it.

Paraprin Construction’s two model-homes at Cold Creek Crossing in Sandusky, Ohio are available for tour. The two semi-custom homes, The Fremont & The Sheffield, if not ideal for you & your family’s needs & lifestyle, will at minimum provide a baseline of the quality & craftsmanship you can expect in your newly built custom home from Paraprin.

Paraprin Construction uses the best materials the industry has to offer. Companies like Pella and Moen, for example, come standard with Paraprin’s new home construction, but when building a custom home – the choice is yours. If you prefer Andersen & Delta then Paraprin will deliver.
