Grand Opening for New Home Construction at Cold Creek Crossing Set for April 15th
New home construction at Cold Creek Crossing in Sandusky, Ohio is well underway by northern Ohio’s premier homebuilder, Paraprin Construction, with their first two new builds nearing completion.
The Fremont, a ranch style home with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, and The Sheffield, a two-story floor plan with a loft and cathedral ceilings, nearing completion & now available for sale, Paraprin Construction welcomes the public to their Grand Opening on Saturday April 15th, 2023, from 10am to 2pm.
The location of the event will take place at the newly built homes in Cold Creek Crossing located at 510 Cold Creek Blvd. & the neighboring lot, 514 Cold Creek Blvd. Until sold, each of the newly constructed homes will be available for tours as model homes.
In addition to being able to tour each new home, The Sheffield & The Fremont, you’ll have the chance to meet with Paraprin Construction employees, attain further information about the homebuilder’s floor plans and available lots at Cold Creek Crossing, get your questions answered, and enjoy some refreshments courtesy of Paraprin Construction.
In total, including the new build ranch & newly built two-story loft floor plan, Paraprin Construction has 24-lots planned for new home construction, thirteen of which that are available now for reservation as part of Phase 1 development.
